About this team

Upstream Supply Chain Technology team enables Lululemon's supply chain from raw materials to finished good production through innovative technology solutions. Our purpose is to empower the organization to drive innovation and deliver on its strategic vision that includes optimized sourcing & manufacturing processes, cultivating a responsible supply chain while ensuring a superior product quality. We are a team that dares to innovate, support each other, elevate our partnerships and collaborate while having fun.

A day in the life:

We are looking for seasoned technology leader to support Responsible Supply Chain (RSC) technology team within USCT. In this influential role you will closely collaborate with business and product partners to shape and deliver team's roadmap and technology vision.

  • Lead and grow a team of skilled engineers, architects, and analysts through empathy and people-centric approach

  • Set the team's delivery roadmap and technical goals, working closely with product and partner teams.

  • Ensure team's deliverables meet the security, quality and maturity standards set by enterprise architecture and engineering

  • Represent the team in front of the stakeholders in forums like OpsCo and SteerCo.

  • Ensure that team is delivering as per the planned timelines by helping remove any blockers

  • Manage the resource plan and budget for the team.

  • Set OKRs and development goals for the team and provide support and mentorship

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in directly leading and developing technology delivery teams

  • Experience in conducting discovery and implementation of enterprise scale technology solutions (including SaaS) for complex business workflows

  • Experience in implementing real time data integrations using technologies like Kafka and rest API

  • Experience in implementing data reports and visualizations using platforms similar to Snowflake and Power BI

  • Experience with cloud technologies

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $145,700-$191,200 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
