In this role, you will:
Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence plans, specifications, resource needs, and goals for multi-faceted, highly complex, or long-term risk mitigation and control strategies on behalf of the business
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex current and emerging risks which require understanding of business-specific knowledge related to financial crimes, operational risk, audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, IT, systems security, business process management, and applicable business acumen
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale, multi-faceted, long-term, or companywide strategies
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers companywide and serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Guide development and execution of product features ensuring alignment with business goals
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and engineering teams and ensure alignment between technical development and business objectives
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
Continuously improve team and/or product development processes and workflows
Create or mature group management routines, reporting, and metrics
Create and communicate presentations to stakeholders and leadership
Required Qualifications:

1+ year of experience with Cloud
1+ year of experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Developer Segregation of Duties, Final Compliance Review, Enterprise Application Security Program (EASP) Practice, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Records Management
Familiarity with risk and IT Frameworks (e.g. COBIT, Cloud, Security)
Strong proficiency with Microsoft office products specifically PowerPoint with the ability to create effective presentations for senior leaders
