This position will add value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages; will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your testing proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level testing artifacts. You will also help deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Preferred locations for the positions is Piscataway , NJ


  • 6 to 10 years of demonstrated hands-on experience in the area of SW Quality testing

  • Knowledge of Java Programming Framework

  • Experience in Automation testing with Tosca test suits

  • Driving license to ensure drive test with connected platform

  • Manual testing , test case preparation, Reporting and test strategy experience

  • Defining testing and implementation activities for architectures, capabilities and processes.

  • Good exposure to Telematics or Auto domain.


  • Understanding of Micro services architecture and container based deployments.

  • Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure will be a plus

  • Experience working with Offshore

  • Onsite model
  • Working experience in Agile scrum

The TS SC S/4 program leader will manage a team of high performing individuals and will have an overall goal of leading the Technology Services S/4 Hana programs scope for Hospital Medical Devices. This role will be responsible for delivering technical and operational solutions related to the TranSCend implementations, especially Global Ethicon Transformation (GET). This position leads a broad functional team of Technology Services resources solid line, dotted line and contractors to deliver the S/4 Hana solutions that will address current and future business needs. The S/4 Hana Director will ensure compliance to J&J SDLC and implement future state Technology Services (TS) technical standards using S/4 Hana, Mulesoft integration, Intelligent Automation and Cloud services. This individual must demonstrate the ability to deliver in Scaled Agile and hybrid Waterfall methodologies, anticipate and mitigate program risks and create recovery plans as needed to meet schedule, scope and budget commitments. This role will ultimately report directly to the ITAS VP, Supply Chain. In addition, * The role will support strategic or unplanned initiatives within the S/4 Hana HMD Area * Serve as a change agent for all groundbreaking (organizational and program) efforts. * Drive repeatable efficiencies in the delivery metrics below * Speed (Spring velocity, throughput) * Quality (Rework, defects, P1, P2) * Cost (Unit cost, Total Cost, TCO) * Improvements (Applying lessons learned and continuous improvement) Major Duties & Responsibilities In order of importance, briefly describe, in sentence form, the essential functions/major responsibilities of this position (principal duties and responsibilities of the position) as it exists today. An MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable. Certification in areas of expertise desirable * A minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations/Supply Chain/IT is required. * Experience managing projects using Technology SDLC, including Scaled Agile and Flow Based Teams is required. * Health Sciences experience is preferred * Strong people management and development skills is required. * Strong analytical skills are required. * Global experience (with multiple countries, regions) and associated cultural awareness is required. * Knowledge of the Technology industry is required. * End to end Supply Chain / Operations experience is required. * Track record of large program delivery is required. * Experience in a regulated industry a plus * Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills are required; multi-language skills is a plus * Ability to influence and lead senior leadership teams is required. * Proactively creates and communicates deep industry and business insights, excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, exceptional service orientation, strong negotiating skills.
