The Technology Infrastructure Project Manager develops, plans, and implements the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and other technology-based processes. They are responsible for determining the scope of projects, setting dealings, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress for the ERP system. They are responsible for the training and adoption of the CRM, ERP and other technology-based processes. The Technology Infrastructure Project Manager evaluates and recommends changes to the current and future ERP system to meet organizational needs, leading the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with ERP configuration.
The Technology Infrastructure Project Manager will exhibit genuine interest in solving work problems through proactively asking questions, clearly communicating and collaborating both internally and externally to grow the business. In addition, the Technology Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for understanding our competition and customers and showing initiative to learn and continuously improve company processes.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Listed in order of relevance:
Direct and deliver project resource evaluation and internal milestones for definable objectives that will ensure the successful implementation of the ERP.
Support the functional teams as the key Administrator of the NetSuite ERP.
o Functional and technical requirements, system configuration, data integrity and all system-related policies and procedures. Assist in defining functional requirements based on staff business needs.
o System adoption and satisfaction, including training users on the NetSuite application relevant to their jobs; provide support to users and maintain proper system access; and support end user technical requests.
o Developing, documenting and following formal policies, procedures and protocols for changes, customization, standards, usage, etc.
Support large-scale, complex projects in line with current CCC strategies and business objectives.
Using Agile methodology as needed to translate strategic business plans into tactical project tasks.
Drive planning, execution, delivery, and status updates within the end-to-end project lifecycle.
Coordinate team efforts and track assignment completion between multiple functions for the project to ensure smooth progress and completion.
Communicate progress of activities, performance, and risks that may impact CCC budget or implementation timeline.
Escalate potential conflicts of resource limitations in a timely manner.
Accurate and detail-oriented when adjusting project timeline, resources, and activities within the organization.
Ensure alignment of ERP design and technical requirements with CCC business units.
Manages processes and methodologies to ensure that projects are delivered on time, budget, and according to organizational specifications.
Respond to change productively and handle other duties as required.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Engineering from four-year college or university; or related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with ERP/CRM implementation required. NetSuite experience preferred.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Global travel is required per business need.
