Organizational Overview:

As part of GT&O Enterprise Shared Services, the Enterprise Process Oversight (EPO) teams directly impact the firm's ability to achieve and sustain operating and regulatory excellence. The Identity and Access Management (IAM) EPO oversees the execution of the identify and access management standard across the enterprise by partnering with Legal, Compliance and the Front Line Units (FLUs)/Operations. EPOs perform standard functions to identify and mitigate risks, achieve operating targets and consistently comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations.

Role Overview:

The IAM technology enablement lead will facilitate the review of and business requirements for existing access tools and systems. The technology enablement lead will coordinate change and clarification requests with other functional leads in the IAM EPO and develop requirements. Activities in this role will include coordination with access systems owners and product managers and vetting of proposed changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as liaison with Access System resource owners with respect to IAM EPO requirements that support functions to be executed by both the IAM EPO and the FLUServes as subject matter expert for access systems capabilities and data flows; provides guidance to FLU/Operations team to clarify technology needs and questions

Establishes operational routines and practices and to ensure proper role clarity and responsibilities for engagement related to access systems

Partners with Quality Monitoring, Engagement and Reporting functions to ensure existing tools, requirements and changes are coordinated and communicated

Oversee and develop access technology change improvements to enable more efficient reporting, monitoring and metrics for IAM EPOProvides periodic updates on the state of access technology, execution progress to plan, and coordinates technology change with IAM EPO

Required Qualifications
5-8 years of business requirement experience

Experience working with application and database changes, business requirements documentation

Understanding of access processes and controls

Ability to refine and operationalize key responsibilities

Experience in developing multi-generation plans and

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to translate business reporting and monitoring needs into technology change request

Experience working in high visibility, high pressure environment

Experience with identity and access management (IAM), a plus

Technical Skills

Technology Acumen: Develop business requirements documentation and drive technology change with system and tool owners

Process Design: Define steps used to carry out a business process to improve efficiency and performance while reducing risk, costs, etc.Communication: Communicate information and issues (verbally and in writing) across cross-functional stakeholders including FLU teams, support partners and senior leaders
