Description:

Provide administrative support to building principal, assistant principals, and support staff as needed. Maintain confidential files and records for staff and students.

Communicate with staff, parents & students, providing technology assistance including, but not limited to the following: answering calls and updating, and correcting system passcodes for student, parent and staff Genesis access. Correspond with parents, staff, and students regarding graduation requirements, credits, grade weighting, grade access, and corrections, and prepare monthly state reports/verification reports for the administrative office. Complete course proposals, schedule changes, course descriptions, and master schedules.

Correspond with district schools regarding Genesis technology, training, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Schedule teaching assignments, class prerequisites, and class capacity for student scheduling. Provide general technical support.

Experience:

Previous experience with Google Suite a plus. Experience working with students in grades 9-12.

Knowledge of Genesis Program. Extensive experience in a busy office environment. Exceptional communication, organizational and time management skills.

Teacher/staff and student training experience a plus. Efficient in multitasking and adhering to deadlines.
