Technology Consultant

About this Opportunity:

The Technology Consultant is responsible for the promotion of and training on available product technology to the clients of Orion. This position will work closely with the relationship management, onboarding and service teams to identify opportunities to promote new development, train clients on the platform and assure clients are leveraging our system to its full capabilities. The Technology Consultant will contribute to the creation of training material for Orion client use. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.

We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to one of our following offices: Omaha, NE, Berwyn, PA, Sacramento, CA, Hebron, KY, Chandler, AZ, Provo, UT, or Idaho Falls, ID.

In this role, you'll get to:

• Supports Orion firms with onsite training requirements which includes 3-4 development trips per quarter.

• Supports existing Orion conferences and event participation requests.

• Meets with Service Team directors on a monthly basis to identify existing clients that would benefit from an office visit or additional training.

• Conducts weekly virtual meetings.

• Drives user adoption of new development through virtual meetings with training, group training webinars, and technology promotion.

• Collects input/feedback from advisors to help identify areas of additional development to support advisor's business.

• Participates in regular training webinars to increase client knowledge of product offerings.

• Conducts Home Office Visits and maintains HOV process and supplies

We're looking for talent who:

• Has knowledge of Orion's systems and processes

• Has minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

• Obtain Orion Industry Certification

• Possess minimum of two years of experience working for Orion

• Has experience working within Financial Services industry is preferred

• Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
