Job Description:

Position Summary

  • Primary owner of Defect Managment and publishing defect reports for the leadership

  • Ability to run reports for leadership to help make decisions on defects

  • Engage external technology teams and architecture

  • Facilitate technology test workgroup meetings and ad hoc meetings to review test plans and test scripts.

  • Coordinate and Monitor end-to-end testing, including triage support

  • Oversee implementation, production certification, and roll-outs

  • Assist LOB to manage defects

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Project Management, operating policies, procedures and practices

  • Organized and detail oriented, able to manage multiple workstreams

  • Excellent analytical and verbal/written communication skills

  • Has the ability to draft effective internal communications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to solicit input from others

  • Process-improvement skills

  • Effective time-management skills

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize

  • Requires PC skills, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Microsoft Project

  • Knowledge of Bank of America systems, including NEXUS and Rall

Desired Skills

  • General background and understanding of project management and project documentation

  • Familiar with Agile Lean Software Delivery Life Cycle and/or iterative development life cycles.

  • Ability to work in an fast paced work environment

Business Unit: Development Data Integration Services Analyst Department: Data Intelligence Location: Charlotte, NC Job Summary Barings' Data Intelligence group is seeking a Data Integration Services Analyst. This position will be located in the Barings' Charlotte, NC office. As a member of this team, the associate will be part of a fast paced environment that services multiple business lines around the globe. The associate will be responsible for Integrating internal & externally supplied systems and feeds. Primary Responsibilities * Analyze, develop, test and deliver quality integrated solutions. * Undertake a range of tasks including software maintenance, enhancement and integration work; design and development; analysis of requirements, analysis of technical / support issues and testing. * Produce quality code that meets the design specification. * Ensure approval is gained if a solution may deviate from standards. Maintain interest in enhancing and expanding the standards. * Aim to develop reusable components, secured applications, and high performance systems. * Ensure solutions have logging, auditing, alerting, reconciliation or reporting to allow for issue notification, measurement and reporting of SLA's in line with support, audit or regulatory requirements. * Develop, publish and maintain appropriate re-usable test plans. * Ensure that solutions are documented sufficiently to enable other team members to provide some support for the team application suite. * Ensure that all developed solutions are versioned and stored properly in Source Control. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field * Minimum 2-3 years of experience with T-SQL development. * Experience using relational databases and writing advanced queries, Procedures, Views & Functions * Experience in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is a must. * Solid knowledge of T-SQL. SQL Server Version 2008 R2 and above preferred. * Proficiency in Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) or experience with another similar enterprise scheduler product preferred. * Interpret large data sets with advanced knowledge of SQL programming to understand data. * Knowledge of working with XML files, interpret and query XML files, storing and querying XML tables. * Integrating with Third Party Web APIs and Web Services for data sources preferred. * Work experience integrating On-Premise resources with Cloud resources preferred, but not required. * Knowledge of .NET/C# programming and/or the aptitude to learn new technologies highly preferred. * Detail-oriented with an ability to multi-task & prioritize tasks. * Experience working in environments that require strict adherence to change control policies. * Good time-management, organization and communication skills. * Experience working in a fast paced development environment.
