Position Overview
As a Business Experience Plan & Admin Specialist within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, or Birmingham, AL. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis.
This position will report to the Performance Manager for the Business Office of the ET&S CIO. Responsibilities will be to assist with all aspects of performance management including but not limited to:
Proactively serve as a "trusted advisor," with assigned business group for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.
Provides standard strategic level support and guidance through IT initiatives. With a base level IT technology the individual will proactively coordinate knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to build competitive advantage and improve efficiency and effectiveness of business units.
Proactively focus on strategic initiatives and planning activities for their business area. Be able to identify IT opportunities, escalate to appropriate teams and leadership, build project plans and communicate effectively across multiple IT teams and leadership.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the implementation of solution roadmaps and to ensure successful introductions across the business.
Perform base IT business analysis and prepare recommendations and business plans as needed.
Provide relevant information based on technology details so that management can provide recommendations and support
Possess a base knowledge of most technical and business IT resources and use them to effectively coordinate team members.
Partner with key staff members to assist strategic business plans or remediation actions.
Utilize the appropriate IT technologies and ensure that customers have the solutions they need, when they need them, and in the media best suited to their requirements.
Collaborate with enterprise architecture and various IT operations teams to ensure solutions target company standards.

Base IT Technology Knowledge
Introductory project management skills
Standard Oral and written communication skills from IT and non-IT target audiences

Archer and ServiceNow experience a plus
