Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Hybris Architect. As a Technology Architect, you will significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; develop design of application, provide regular support/guidance to project teams on complex coding, issue resolution and execution. You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high quality solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients' business needs. Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dearborn,MI or Chicago,IL or Indianapolis,IN or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

  • At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

  • Experience in Hybris skill

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands on development expereince in SAP Hybris e-commerce platform (B2C and B2B platforms)

  • Strong hands on experience in customizing Hybris based e-Commerce Applications, Hybris CMS and e-commerce suite (WCMS, Solr, HMC, CMS & Product Cockpit, Admin Console, CronJobs, ImpEx, Import/Export Service, Catalogs, Categories, Products)

  • Experience in Product modelling, catalog structure and workflow

  • Hybris implementation experience with SAP integration with backend

  • Hybris implementation experience with Data hub and CPQ is advantage

  • Hands on experience in developing a highly scalable REST/SOAP web services based systems

  • Hands on experience in publishing and consuming web services

  • Leading software development teams, working in agile methodology

  • Solid knowledge of web technologies such as Java, J2EE Application Servers, Portal Applications and Standards, Content Management Systems, AJAX, JavaScript and XML technologies.

  • Leading a team and guide them in technical solutions

  • Should actively participate in communication with business stakeholders and also participate in all SDLC lifecycles.

  • Provide subject-matter expertise on Hybris e-commerce to ensure successful delivery and operations.

  • Should be capable of reviewing the work done by team members and guide them in complex issues.

  • At least 3 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams

  • Analytical skills

  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements
