MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (attach transcripts); AND 2. Two (2) years of professional experience in coordinating technology and/or facilities projects; AND 3. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS 1. Possession of or the ability to obtain within 60 days of hire, a valid California driver's license with a driving record acceptable to the District If selected, employment commencement is contingent upon successful enrollment in the District's DMV Pull Program.

Employees enrolled in the DMV Pull Program MUST continuously maintain a driving record that meets District requirements set forth in the current policy as it relates to allowable types of infractions and points. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS 1. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field. 2.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a higher education or publicsector setting. 3. Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, cybersecurity principles, and emerging technologies. 4. Knowledge of facilities management practices, including building codes, maintenance procedures, and safetyregulations. 5.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. 6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and buildconsensus. 7. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello. 8.

Familiarity with applicable laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in higher education and public sectorenvironments. 9. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is preferred.
