RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for supporting TEC Training initiatives in preparing and conductingtechnical training programs. Under the direction of the Technology SolutionsManager, the candidate will be responsible for:
Versatile Training Development: Design and deliver training programs thatcover foundational technology skills and advanced digital tools, ensuring allemployees have the necessary knowledge to excel.
Engaging Instructional Delivery: Conduct interactive and inclusive trainingsessions tailored to diverse learning needs, from beginners to advancedtechnology users.
Continuous Curriculum Refresh: Stay informed on the latest technology trendsand updates, particularly within Microsoft technologies, to continuously integratenew tools and features into training programs.
Needs Assessment and Customization: Work closely with TEC Training teamto identify varying training needs, develop relevant content, and promote trainingprograms.
Impact Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs throughfeedback and performance metrics, adjusting content and teaching methods tomaximize learning outcomes.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must present the following qualifications to be considered eligible for thisposition:
Technology Proficiency: Strong command of basic computer operations,Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced digital transformation tools like PowerApps,MS Copilot, and PowerBI.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required,complemented by a minimum of 8 years’ experience in facilitating technologyadoption and teaching diverse skill levels.
Excellent Communication: Ability to convey complex technology concepts inaccessible terms to a broad audience, fostering an environment of learning andgrowth.
Instructional Design Expertise: Experience in creating comprehensive trainingmaterials that cater to both foundational skills and advanced technologyadoption.
Adaptability and Lifelong Learning: Commitment to personal growth andstaying ahead of technology trends, with the ability to adapt training approachesto meet evolving needs.
Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks,projects, and deadlines effectively.
