High school graduation or equivalent, three years increasingly responsible clerical experience (two years of which have been in an administrative secretarial capacity), or such alternatives that the Personnel Commission may find desirable. Experience in an educational setting is desirable. License: A valid Class C California Driver License. Typing/Keyboarding Certificate indicating 40+ WPM. The certificate must be issued by an accredited school or agency and dated within one year prior to the filing date listed on the job announcement. Please note: typing tests obtained via the internet will not be accepted. Self-Certification of computer skills, including Microsoft excel and word.
