Techno Functional Lead Analyst
Job Location: Jefferson City, MO
10+ years of experience gathering and documenting business and systems requirements in a
technology environment.
Experience with formal project management practices
Expertise and experience in the following business disciplines: Warehousing and/or Oracle ERP
Expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS) concepts and should have real life
experience with WMS and all the interfaces with Inventory and Transportation
Knowledge of SDLC and experience working in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Excellent planning, client support, communication and organization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, interpersonal
and relationship management skills
Must be able to communicate effectively in both technical and business settings
Working knowledge of all aspects of Systems Development Life Cycle, Change Management,
Release Management, Configuration Management, Quality Assurance and Testing, Requirements
Gathering, Project Management, and Systems Analysis and Design
Provides customer support management for internal users(e.g., action item list, progress report,
etc.) Ensures that client issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Elicit business and functional requirements from a diverse set of stakeholders and effectively
compile and document these needs for systems design and development
Add value by understanding the business partners needs and providing options and
recommendations on how best to meet those needs
Distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
Develops detailed functional specifications for modifications, defect corrections, enhancements,
and user documentation.
Performs process and data modeling
Performs integrated quality assurance testing on system changes before they are released to key
users. Works with end users to perform user acceptance testing on system changes before they are
released in production.
Proven ability to multi-task
Ability to work extended hours to achieve business / project objectives
Ability to respond to "on call" issues outside of scheduled work hours
Will be required to work from the office location in Jefferson City.
Working from home is not an
option.

Nice to Have
Experienced business solutions analyst with in-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP applications with
focus on Operations, Distributions, and Financial modules.
Strong partnership skills include working cross functionally with implementation partners,
internal IT organizations, and business leaders to drive large scale implementations globally.
Understands the process areas associated with Oracle ERP solutions utilizing best practices
Works directly with IT and business users to thoroughly understand functional requirements to
produce effective technical design documentation using best practice development standards for
the ERP system.
Implementation experience on Oracle Cloud products like Fusion, OTM etc. will be a big plus

Managements, and Hospital Administration, as well as Stryker employees and partners. * Travel throughout responsible region to assess the quality of service being provided to customers. * Define and quantify customer needs and expectations for quality of service through surveys and documented feedback * Partner with other RQA's to utilize feedback from customers to identify areas for continuous improvement opportunities or efficiency gains within an account. * Help implement best practices at accounts throughout the region to ensure the highest level quality of service is being provided to customers * Partner with other RQA's in quantifying the quality of service being delivered within a region through data tracking and performance metrics. * Provide reports to Onsite leadership, Endoscopy Sales, and customers on service performance in specific accounts and throughout a region. * Assist in the implementation of new accounts with a primary focus on quality of service provided. * Partner with other RQA's to capture 'baseline' data for new accounts prior to Onsite implementation and compare data tracked throughout initial stages of implementation * Build up expertise in Lean concepts and Onsite best practices to suggest and implement improvements at accounts within the region QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS: * Operating Room experience in a services-related account for at least 1 year. * At least one year tenure with Stryker Onsite Services as a Specialist. * B.A. or B.S. in business, engineering, science, or math is preferred * Must have up-to-date CRCST certification through IAHCSMM * Medium work: Exerting up to 60 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. * Must be able to review printed materials. * Must be able to effectively use computer programs ( e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point ). * Must have Stryker VPN access. * Must be able to use I-Expense for expense reporting. * Must be able to communicate with large groups of people. * Must be able to communicate effectively over phone or webex. * Must be able to use common office equipment (e.g. calculator, PC, fax machine, etc.). * Must be able to generate and explain detailed guidelines and procedures. * Must be able to analyze and resolve non-routine clinical problems using independent judgment. * Effective analytical skills. * Effective professional interpersonal skills. * Effective project management skills and decision making abilities * Effective organizational skills. * Effective problem solving ability.
