A direct client in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a Techno Functional Analyst (Salesforce) for a direct hire. This is a large global company in the oil & gas industry.

The Techno Functional Analyst (Salesforce) is responsible to give management clarity on not only how the company is performing on a sales and profit standpoint but our progress in developing accounts, our success level in driving new products into the market and what the trends indicate is happening in the market. In addition to providing data, this person will be encouraged to evaluate and make comment on what the data is telling us.


Essential Responsibilities:
Design, develop and produce reports on various aspects of the business including sales and profitability (by account, product, and market segment)
Analyze business data based on input from internal and external sources to provide management with trends on market, customer and product sales and profitability
Provide training and support for the CRM system - SalesForce.com
Drive and monitor the use of CRM to ensure that the data is accurate and up to date
Be proficient in and provide support to Account Managers for the SAP and ESM systems
Assist both the sales and production groups in maintaining various databases and spreadsheets as needed and determined by management
Maintain QlikView software and/or other reporting software packages that provide on line reporting
Maintain pricing spreadsheets and software under the direction of sales management
Work with customer service to maintain the accuracy and relevance of account discount structures

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing Analytics
Associate or Bachelor degree
Understanding of basic business principles (sales strategies, profit/loss evaluation, pricing)
Strong analytical acumen
Positive and assertive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges
Excellent presentation skills
Advanced level of knowledge with Excel (pivot tables, vLookup, etc)
Experience in SAP and Saleforce.com a major plus
Programming ability in Visual Basic a plus

The Opportunity We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst II to review batch records and release biological products according to established procedures or approved protocols. The Responsibilities * Independently review batch records at various stages of the manufacturing process (from product formulation, QC testing through final product) and approves their final release once it has been determined that all compliance and procedural requirements have been met. * Verify batch record data is accurate; identify batch record issues and open non-conformance's where required * Performs batch record review for customer complaints including final product and formulations. Analyzes each customer complaint to ensure that there are no contributing factors found during batch record review related to the Customer complaint. * Issues manufacturing batch record according to the production schedule. * Trains other reviewers in good documentation practices and the compliance of current quality standard. * Writes and/or assists others in writing standard operating procedures. * Generates moderately complex statistical summaries * Comfortable speaking with internal and external auditors * Adheres to documentation standards required by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Performs other duties as assigned. The Individual * A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Science with a minimum of 2 years of experience at a medical or manufacturing facility; or equivalent combination of education and experience. An educational focus in Medical Technology and experience in Blood Banking will be preferred. * Must be able to rapidly acquire and maintain in-depth product knowledge. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize * Excellent written/verbal communication and computer skills are essential. * Candidate should be familiar with regulations and guidelines of all applicable regulatory agencies, such as FDA (QSR/cGMP), OSHA, ISO (including ISO14001), and OCD Health, Safety and Industrial Hygiene. #LI-Post #CB# #LI-LB1 For this position we will not sponsor applicants for work visas.
