Description:Trains operators on process skills and machine operation for electronics manufacturing.

Performs machine program/settings changes.

Assists manufacturing operators with machine setup and daily operation.

Performs process and equipment troubleshoot.

Investigates manufacturing defects and implements corrective action.

Includes evaluation and implementation of new automated manufacturing equipment.

Must have good communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Supports implementation of new technology and new product introduction.

This position is located at a facility that requires the selected candidate to be a US citizen.

Basic Qualifications:

Associate Degree in a technical field or equivalent post-high school education (such as related military training).

At least a year of technical work experience or advanced technical education.

Experience in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Proficiency with interpreting technical data packages and engineering drawings.

This facility requires special access and therefore all candidates must be a US Citizen.

Desired Skills:

Experience in assembly of electronics.

Experience with manufacturing production control systems.

Prior experience in operation and programming of automated production equipment, including automated optical inspection systems.

Basic mechanical and electronic troubleshoot skills.

Experience with solder convection reflow processes and equipment.

Ability to evaluate technical manufacturing acceptability criteria for electronic assemblies.

VIEW JOBS 11/16/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-14T00:00 POSITION OVERVIEW: As a member of the Landscape Maintenance Team, the Irrigation Technician 1 position is responsible for the system components and watering schedules on landscaped areas within the community. This is a mid-level position that accepts direction from the Foreman, Irrigation Manager and Irrigation Technician 2, and Superintendents. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for the system components and watering schedules on landscaped areas within the community. * Follow directions and perform tasks under the supervision of the Foreman, Irrigation Manager, and Superintendents. Cooperate and assist team members; contribute to the completion of daily tasks. * Be proactive in anticipating water requirements, according to weather and plant needs. * Work in a safe manner and use all personal protective equipment (safety gear) assigned. * Be aware of safety requirements and report unsafe conditions or accidents to supervisor. * Communicate daily with supervisors to report challenges about work tasks, concerns about the landscape, or maintenance suggestions to improve efficiency. * Collect water meter readings and maintain a log of readings. * Identify and correct irrigation performance problems, monitor equipment to ensure it is in working order and promptly communicate repair needs to a supervisor. * Maintain up-to-date as-built documents, maps, and databases. * Perform daily vehicle refueling and reloading of materials and vehicle inspection as directed by supervisor. * Accurately complete all daily and weekly work logs and repair reports. * Conduct end-of-day review and prepare next days' tasks with supervisor. * May occasionally be requested to work overtime or during the weekend to assist during special events when extra labor is required (i.e. weddings, tours, openings, etc.). * Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position works in an outdoor environment. * There may be frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and outdoor weather conditions. * Outdoor environments may require parking and working in residential areas.Obstacles include, but are not limited to, pedestrians and city street traffic, walking while carrying equipment or driving a vehicle on property pathways or variable terrain, water, plants and the natural landscape. The employee may be exposed to hazards including, but not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, and falls. * The employee is occasionally exposed to Arizona desert wildlife such as snakes, scorpions, spiders, bobcats, javelinas, etc. * There may be occasional exposure to precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and vibration. * The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but can vary depending on the equipment or machines used. * Employees are required to wear all assigned personal protective equipment.
