Major Duties (Job Description) You will apply knowledge of electronic theory, circuit design, and the operating characteristics of more familiar equipment to develop, test, or perform other technical work on electronic equipment. You will manage and perform work by applying knowledge of the capabilities, limitations, operations, design, characteristics, and functional use of a variety of types and models of electronic equipment and systems.
You will provide technical and programmatic advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and stakeholders on critical issues. You will undertake and complete complex tasks with multiple dependencies independently, mentors others regularly, and leads others to accomplish complex goals. You will provide technical expertise, project management expertise, and government oversight to contractor and government Alteration Installation Teams.
Qualification Summary Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying technical and project management skills to manage modernization processes and milestones for installation of new systems and capabilities onboard Naval platforms.
