    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consulting Fire Alarm Technician to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading construction company, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our construction sites. You will be responsible for the installation, inspection, and maintenance of fire alarm systems, and will be expected to provide expert advice and guidance on fire safety measures.

    If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for safety and a knack for problem-solving, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: 1. Install, inspect, and maintain fire alarm systems in accordance with national and local fire codes. 2.

    Perform regular tests and inspections to ensure that all systems and components are functioning properly. 3. Provide expert consultation on the design and implementation of fire alarm systems, ensuring optimal safety and compliance with all relevant regulations. 4. Troubleshoot and repair any issues with fire alarm systems, including wiring, sensors, and control panels. 5.

    Work closely with construction teams to coordinate the installation of fire alarm systems in new buildings or during renovations. 6. Train staff on the proper use and maintenance of fire alarm systems. 7. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, technologies, and safety regulations. 8.

    Prepare and present detailed reports on the status of fire alarm systems, including any potential issues or areas for improvement. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Fire Alarm Technician or similar role in the construction industry. 2.

    Extensive knowledge of fire alarm systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. 3. Proficiency in conduit bending. 4. Strong understanding of national and local fire codes and safety regulations. 5.

    Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. 6. Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8.

    High level of physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a variety of environmental conditions. 9. Certification from the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) in Fire Alarm Systems Level II or higher is preferred. 10. A valid driver's license.
