Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop CNC programs using Camworks or Esprit CAM Software

  • Previous work experience with SolidWorks a plus

  • Write and optimize CNC programs to create parts on Fanuc based 3 and 4 axis machining centers, 5 axis a plus

  • Must have a proficient understanding of G-code and M-code programming

  • Able to demonstrate good manufacturing practices and be able to select tooling and machining resources for manufacture of part

  • Able to create Work Instructions and program set up sheets

  • Strong mathematical skills.

  • Blueprint with GD&T reading capabilities

  • Design and acquire quotations for fixtures as required

  • Promote continuous process improvement plans and assist in the prove outs of new programs

  • Ability to work with little to no direct supervision. Willingness to work overtime to meet production demand

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications

  • Understanding of safety, quality and continuous improvement expectations in a manufacturing environment

  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere

Job Responsibilities Part II


  • Requires an associate's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area

  • Must demonstrate strong decision-making and leadership skills.

  • Experienced handling small delicate components, using ESD practices

  • Soldering and wire bonding experience a plus.

  • Must be experienced in the safe handling of chemicals.

  • Experienced in the use of various computer applications, including Access, Excel, and Labview.

  • Experience with MRP a plus.

  • Must have good mechanical skills
