Develop CNC programs using Camworks or Esprit CAM Software
Previous work experience with SolidWorks a plus
Write and optimize CNC programs to create parts on Fanuc based 3 and 4 axis machining centers, 5 axis a plus
Must have a proficient understanding of G-code and M-code programming
Able to demonstrate good manufacturing practices and be able to select tooling and machining resources for manufacture of part
Able to create Work Instructions and program set up sheets
Strong mathematical skills.
Blueprint with GD&T reading capabilities
Design and acquire quotations for fixtures as required
Promote continuous process improvement plans and assist in the prove outs of new programs
Ability to work with little to no direct supervision. Willingness to work overtime to meet production demand
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications
Understanding of safety, quality and continuous improvement expectations in a manufacturing environment
Ability to work in a team atmosphere
Job Responsibilities Part II
Requires an associate's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area
Must demonstrate strong decision-making and leadership skills.
Experienced handling small delicate components, using ESD practices
Soldering and wire bonding experience a plus.
Must be experienced in the safe handling of chemicals.
Experienced in the use of various computer applications, including Access, Excel, and Labview.
Experience with MRP a plus.
Must have good mechanical skills
