Summary of Position:

This position is a mechanic that will perform maintenance, repair, and management of vehicles for marketing events. Responsibilities for this position will also include interacting with customers, supporting engineering, reporting on customer feedback, and supporting the customer care team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and customize Consumer Vehicles for customers and events

  • Interact with customers

  • Support Customer Care in troubleshooting, training, and dealer support

  • Some vehicle set up

  • Pick up and deliver vehicles from customers, branch, and other TSV locations

  • Help manage consumer inventory

  • Determine the proper and efficient approach to trouble shoot and repair

  • Inspect the final product to ensure it is within specification and safe for operation

  • Preventative maintenance and vehicle inspections

  • Other duties as assigned

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong oral communication

  • Basic mechanical skills is preferred

  • Knowledge of SAP and excel is a plus

  • Proficient with hand and power tools

  • Proficient with a Multi-meter

  • Diagnose and repair hydraulic brake systems preferred

  • Ability to read, comprehend, and aid in the development of service and repair manual preferred

  • High self-motivation

Education and Experience

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2 years applicable experience

  • Fork lift certification is a plus

  • Basic computer skills in Windows OS and Microsoft Office

Working with Manufacturing Management, support daily operations of manufacturing MPU per regulatory and cGMP guidelines while coordinating manufacturing, cleaning, and maintenance related activities of the MPU. What will you do? * Perform manual and computer operations (PCR-2A and PLC) to manufacture chemical intermediates and finished products ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies, as well accompany policies and procedures. * Monitor all operations of designated chemical process to ensure safe chemical procedures, quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements. * Accurately record and analyze against standards all processing data gathered from instruments, DCS, PLC's, Pi, BDR, LIMS, etc. to ensure operating standards are met. Make approved adjustments as appropriate to maintain process parameters within designated limits. * Obtain samples of process streams or products in accordance with company procedures; submit samples to IPC Lab or perform tests to determine specific properties; Record/analyze results and take appropriate action. * Inspect finished product to assure adherence to specifications such as appearance, foreign substances and packaging or labeling requirements as required. * Receive and check raw materials and chemical intermediate deliveries and complete appropriate records in accordance with company procedures (MFP's/EOP's/LOP's/SOP's). * Administer, document and maintain the Quality Systems conformance to regulatory requirements and company policies where appropriate through effective utilization of Quality Systems tools. * Mentor newer Process Technicians and assist where applicable in skill completion/assessment as required. * Performs all duties in strict compliance with SOP, GMP, GLP and Safety guidelines. Maintains the necessary compliance status required by company and facility standards. How will you get here? Education * High school diploma or equivalent Experience * Successful completion of Phase I & II of the Process Tech On-The Job Training program/process involving learning/applying Chemical Technology, Math and Chemistry or must have equivalent experience in the pharmaceutical industry. * Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.
