Technician II, Line Maintenance

Hours: Monday to Thursday -- 2:30pm to 1am
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform preventative, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, safety checks, repairs, installations, and modifications on production equipment.
Record all maintenance repair activity on production equipment and fixtures at the Plymouth/ Rogers facility using CMMS.
Knowledge of and skill in repairing industrial machines
Knowledge of and experience in troubleshooting and repairing all production equipment
Knowledge of and experience in using small tools, micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, multimeters, etc
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written procedures
Ability to read and understand drawings and electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
Knowledge of personal computer operations and skill in using software packages including Microsoft Office, MP2 and/or 7i CMMS
Ability to respond to and answer/solve technical questions and problems
Tear down, inspect and rebuild production equipment
Ability to diagnose PLC problems and take the appropriate corrective action to repair
Requisition needed items for inventory, spare parts and emergency repairs
Support 5S
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Two year technical vocational training and/or military experience.
Minimum 2 years' experience.
Knowledge of and skill in repairing industrial machines
