Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Participates in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools; determining customer needs and business priorities; coordinating and executing work assignments; providing advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved; and modeling and helping others with how to adapt to change or new challenges .
Manages projects by coordinating work efforts of internal and external resources ; monitoring project progress; mitigating delays and costs; scheduling workload; coordinating meetings to prepare user groups for reorganization and occupancy of space; monitoring and adhering to project budgets for facilities; and participating in final inspections.
Relocates and remodels office layouts by maintaining and repairing areas and equipment; moving, setting-up, or taking down tables, chairs, and furniture for work orders and special events ; preparing fixtures and supplies for remodel areas; laying out modular office walls and fixtures; inspecting completed projects to determine problem areas ; maintaining work-site according to company policies and procedures; and partnering with electricians and cabling technicians to ensure completion of remodeling projects.
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
Must have:
Box truck driving experience AND Certification

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00-$28.00*
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Minimum Qualifications...

1 years' experience in following trades: plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade. OR 2 years Walmart store experience
Facilities Maintenance Certificate of Completion through Live Better U and Penn Foster Career School
Valid Driver's License.
Eligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
