Acts as a technical reference within the Customer Service Department while functioning as a liaison between LabCorp and its accounts in response to inquiries.
Support Hospital Services Inbound and Outbound calls, follow-up with customers
Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions
Provide education and status on customer requests
Utilize both internal and external resources to deliver problem resolution
Strong multitasking abilities required - listen to customers, collect data and document in system, prioritize requests, and provide test results
Follow procedures and departmental processes
Other duties as assigned
License/Certification/Education: Medical Technician w/1-3 years applicable experience.
ScheduleMonday - Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM
