Position Summary:
Responsible for installation, configuration, programming, diagnoses and service on various low voltage electronic systems provided by CTSI in the MD Eastern Shore area.Position Duties and Responsibilities:* Communicate scope of work, project timeline, project design, and budget for small to medium projects to management and client. * Accountable for the successful completion of project to include:*
  • Timely results * Quality of work * Customer satisfaction (project closeout)* Assemble and install small to medium low voltage systems with minimal guidance. * Troubleshoot complex systems, identify problems, make effort to find solution on own, request assistance if necessary. * Coordinate with Lead Technician to direct team of technicians to meet project requirements. * Ensure materials are available at job site. * Ensure job site is cleaned daily.Position Specifications:Skills:* Be able to use hand tools and test equipment. * Have expanded knowledge of electrical circuitry and network principles. * Be able to read/understand technical drawings, programming and installation guides.Abilities: * Arrive for work as directed. * Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, management and peers. * To make presentations to management, clients, others as directed. * Advanced computer skills and software knowledge to include MS Office (Excel, work, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other company software. * Ability to develop goals, prioritize and organize tasks to accomplish the project. * Anticipate and resolve problem/changes; seek assistance as required. * Function as team leader in specific area of expertise.To be considered for this position candidates must: * Be able to travel overnight. * Be available for On-Call work. * Possess a valid driver license and acceptable driving record.Qualifications:

This position is responsible for all technical matters related to general apartment maintenance. In addition to technical maintenance tickets, this position will assist with unit turnovers and be part of the after-hours on-call rotation.
