Technical Writer/Documentation Specialist

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Technical Writer in Cary, NC supporting the United States Army . This is a HYBRID work schedule with 1-2 days onsite required.

Responsibilities for the Technical Writer include:

• Creation, quality control, submission, common sense storing (SharePoint) of Read Ahead, DRAFT, and FINAL PowerPoint presentations for reoccurring briefings

• Serve as Contributor to the Operations SharePoint site and associated child sites/pages

• Participate in the planning, execution, and synchronization of Crisis Action events

• Responsible for ensuring written correspondence corresponds with ARMY guidelines

• help to confirm/deny perceived progress, review troops to task, analyze measures of performance/progress, adjust/readjust prioritization of efforts within the operations staff

Qualifications for the Technical Writer include:

• 1-2+ years of Technical writing experience

• Experienced with Microsoft office suite

• SharePoint experience highly preferred

• Degree or associated experience in English/Writing

• DoD SECRET Clearance

Compensation for the Technical Writer include:

• $55,000-$65,000/yr. based on experience
