Position: Technical Writer

Responsibilities:
Develop service technical bulletins, flow charts, using a variety of technical sources, including writing, and organizing material to ensure consistency and cohesiveness
Produce technical publication across various product lines and technologies
Collaborate with global and local team members to maintain technical accuracy of all materials
Interface specific to NASO North American Safety Office with campaign preparation and release support to deadline commitments.
Organize content into a logical flow and tailors' language to target audience
Write and edit according to established standards, analyze, and comprehend technical information Gather and assimilate information from a variety of sources & research content for new and revised documents

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Technical certification preferred
Automotive experience required
2+ years' experience performing writing, editing and researching functions to prepare print or online technical documentation
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office required
Proficient with word processing and online authoring tools
Proficient with Adobe software programs, Video Editing software, QR Code Studio and Akamai server administration
