Position: Technical Writer

Duration: 3.5 months

Responsibilities:

• Develop service technical bulletins, flow charts, using a variety of technical sources, including writing, and organizing material to ensure consistency and cohesiveness

• Produce technical publication across various product lines and technologies

• Collaborate with global and local team members to maintain technical accuracy of all materials

• Interface specific to NASO North American Safety Office with campaign preparation and release support to deadline commitments.

• Organize content into a logical flow and tailors' language to target audience

• Write and edit according to established standards, analyze, and comprehend technical information Gather and assimilate information from a variety of sources & research content for new and revised documents

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

• Technical certification preferred

• Automotive experience required

• 2+ years' experience performing writing, editing and researching functions to prepare print or online technical documentation

• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office required

• Proficient with word processing and online authoring tools

• Proficient with Adobe software programs, Video Editing software, QR Code Studio and Akamai server administration
