d-Matrix has fundamentally changed the physics of memory-compute integration with our digital in-memory compute (DIMC) engine. The "holy grail" of AI compute has been to break through the memory wall to minimize data movements. We've achieved this with a first-of-its-kind DIMC engine. Having secured over $154M, $110M in our Series B offering, d-Matrix is poised to advance Large Language Models to scale Generative inference acceleration with our chiplets and In-Memory compute approach. We are on track to deliver our first commercial product in 2024. We are poised to meet the energy and performance demands of these Large Language Models. Location:

Hybrid, working onsite at our Santa Clara, CA headquarters 3 days per week.

What You Will Do:

• As a technical writer, you will communicate complex technical information to developers and end users, in a clear and concise manner, without relying on jargon.

• Lead the user experience, information architecture, navigation, and effort to reduce fragmentation and discoverability issues for d-matrix content targeted to developers and end users.

• Communicate with developers worldwide through conceptual documentation, detailed how-to guides, code samples, and other online materials.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and product management to document new features.

• Manage complex documentation projects and prioritize requests while working closely with partner teams.

• Demonstrate strong technical writing and leadership through content reviews, including proofreading, editing, coaching, and providing constructive feedback.

• Organize existing documentation, identify documentation gaps, and lead new projects. Edit, clarify, and enhance documents written by engineers and others.

What You Will Bring:

• BA/BS Undergraduate degree in English, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field with a Minimum 6 years of technical writing experience for an audience of software engineers or AI/ML engineers

Experience as a tech writer directly supporting software development for AI hardware (GPUs or AI accelerators) and developing technical documentation for AI/ML developer audience

• Working knowledge of software engineering: Python, C/C++, IDEs, and version control with Git

• Proficiency with plaintext workflows: Markdown, text editors, and Linux command- line

• Experience with sphinx/readthedocs and API generation tools such as doxygen

• Experience with REST-based technologies (HTTP, JSON, XML, YAML).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals.

• Familiarity with developer ecosystem software including PyTorch, Hugging Face, VLLM, etc.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and with new technologies in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
