Technical Writing & Process Documentation: Engage stakeholders across the Technology organization to understand and help document current state processes relating to software delivery and information security Collaborate with stakeholder involved in end-to-end processes to support definition of various roles and responsibilities Support documentation of governance artifacts including process maps, procedures, and controls Translate complex concepts into easily understandable language to drive simplicity Management Reporting & Communications: Assist in the development of management reports for executive leadership to summarize insights related to key initiatives and the organization’s risk and compliance posture Support development and delivery of communications, training or educational materials for stakeholders affected by change to support adoption and ongoing compliance with new and/or revised processes Support the development and execution of training events providing logistical, process, and documentation support to facilitate business subject matter experts
