The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating, updating, and writing various types of user documentation, requirements, design specifications, references, manuals and instructions in support of LIS Analysis Program Management Support.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • Consult with customers to document business requirements, operational level process models, and functional requirements documentation

  • Write technical specifications for a variety of systems

  • Authors, edits, rewrites, authenticates and verifies with SMEs that all documentation (paper and electronic) and knowledge base materials that have been created are consistent for use by the customer.

  • Ensures proper storage, delivery and archiving of all documentation including SharePoint through all phases of contact and delivery

  • Create user documentation for a variety of material, including how-to guides and instruction manuals

  • Interface with different groups to ensure that a consistent, clear, concise message is developed and maintained in all materials. Assure standardization of terms, format, controls and documentation. Ensure technical verbiage is easy to understand

  • Prepare charts, graphs or forms

  • Write clear and concise policies and procedures

  • Adhere to configuration management for documentation versioning

  • Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs

  • Write detailed description of user needs

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • Experience developing process flows, methods and procedures, functional requirement documentation.

  • Must be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. Must

display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent open and proactive written communication skills with focus on grammatical and usability skills.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications to include Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and VISIO.

  • Knowledge of business process development and improvement.

  • Previous experience in external customer-facing technical support.

Experience with MARCORLOGCOM organization and business processes

  • Experience with USMC enterprise logistics operations, procedures, processes, and data systems such as Risk Management Framework (RMF), Federal Information Systems Controls Audit Manual (FISCAM), and Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR).

  • Experience with USMC MARCORLOGCOM Legacy, Current, and Future systems such as Global Command Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC), Enterprise Logistics Support Systems (ELS2), Defense Property Accounting System (DPAS), Master Database Repository (MDR).

We offer a variety of services including in-center hemodialysis, home hemodialysis, and peritoneal dialysis (PD). Each position within DCI, from billers to administrative to nursing staff, contributes toward the goal of providing excellent patient care. The Equipment Tech Manager coordinates technical and building services at the dialysis clinic. Responsibilities * Assures equipment maintenance and repair is completed according to the manufacturer guidelines, AAMI standards and DCI guidelines. This includes the water treatment system, dialysis machines, reuse equipment and other equipment used in providing dialysis. * Accountable for the training of all technical staff in the proper use and maintenance of equipment. Documents such training. * Accountable for maintaining proper inventory, following DCI inventory guidelines. * Assures technical staff are performing according to the facility policies and procedures. * Coordinates and documents routine staff meetings with technical staff. * Assures the technical area is clean and free of trash and clutter. * Assures the physical plant is in good repair. * Coordinates outside services as needed. Performs air quality testing according to clinic policy. * Keeps abreast of OSHA standards and other standards. Implements and monitors compliance with standards to provide a safe workplace. * Provides staff education in technical areas. * Participates in on-call duties and is available in emergencies when indicated. * Actively encourages and is an example of open communication between physicians, staff and administrator.
