Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Technical Writer/Policy Analyst to help propel our client centric services to a new pinnacle.

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in software development, or computer science.

This candidate must be capable of evaluating and analyzing complex information and is passionate about helping people understand complex technical matters in simplistic ways.

Assist Project Task Lead in supporting and driving client strategy and execution through analysis, and design.

Support and assist in preforming analysis, evaluation, and validation of internal business processes, procedures and SOPs to find opportunities for improvement and streamlining.

Assist in the development and drafting of manuals, system documentation, design specifications, content development, white papers, and project plans.

Assist in developing and drafting technical subjects for technical and nontechnical audiences in a logical and clear manner, in a manner that allows for the purest level of comprehension.

Provide support to change management. Assist with collecting information, analyzing data, and maintaining records to be used in strategic planning efforts.

Capable of strategic/critical thinking, understand strategy development and planning, and decision making.

Assist with documenting, verifying, recording and gathering the business requirements.

Working with client to develop and document requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant technical field

  • 2-4 years' industry experience as an effective technical writer

  • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics

  • Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail

  • Experience working with IT environment to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical system documentation, user manuals, and other content.

  • Skilled in Microsoft 365 Suite/Tools, (SharePoint, VISIO, Excel, Word, TEAMs, PowerPoint, and Access, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using MS Project, and MS ACCESS

  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization

  • Knowledge and understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) (Preferred/not required).

The Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) F-35 IT program support contractprovides knowledge-based, information assurance and cybersecurity IT services to the F-35 Lightning II Joint Program Office (JPO). Our services include program management, enterprise performance management, enterprise architecture, implementation of emerging capabilities and requirements, life cycle management, operations & maintenance, enterprise data management, service desk support and IT training. We are currently seeking a SOC Engineer. Job Duties: Plan, implement, upgrade, or monitor security measures for the protection of computer networks and information. May ensure appropriate security controls are in place that will safeguard digital files and vital electronic infrastructure. May respond to computer security breaches and viruses. Utilize Security Information and Event Manager (SIEM) system(e.g., Sentinel) to analyze and respond to potential threats. Builds and uses dashboards, alerts, and reports. for analyzing incidents. Makes reports and presentations of findings. Utilizes multiple tools and SOC best practices to correlate information, determine the cause, and provide recommendations for mitigation.Provide network defense system implementation, installation, and configuration support to installations and forces operating in deployed environments. Follows RMF, DODI 8500 (Cybersecurity) series, and Common Criteria bodies of knowledge.
