Honeywell Intelligrated is looking to hire a SR Technical Training Specialist. We are looking in the area Cincinnati, OH.

Implement development of eLearning or instructor-led training courses based upon technical documentation for technical and non-technical audiences. Develop training curricula based upon input from and the needs of the business. Assess success and efficiency of the training. Assess current training curriculum and update as required. Coordinate and deliver training and learning best practices as needed. Develop mechanisms for monitoring training instructional design, coordination, delivery, and materials production.

  • Be part of a team that drives curriculums that help clients become more knowledgeable of and efficient with our products Work effectively with multiple functions to ensure that design and delivery of curriculum supports certification requirements for business partners

  • Address customer's technical training needs to improve their business acume Support the Lifecycle Support System (LSS) team to drive growth with training Support regional customers

70% of travel is required

  • Associate degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, certification and experience (technical, engineering, industrial).

  • Experience in Manufacturing or Material Handling Equipment industry.

  • Excellent Customer Service skills.


  • Excellent writing and editing skills

  • Knowledge of eLearning course applications, including Lectorad, Articulate and more

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems

  • Ability to adapt to evolving products and technology

  • Experience as a trainer/educator for technical products

  • Excellent team and communication skills

  • An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction

  • An ability to influence across a broader organization

Job Description Details QVC is seeking a Product Manager who will lead the vision, strategy and technical direction, planning and execution of DevOps programs and initiatives. As a Product Manager with Qurate Retail Group (QRG), you will research industry landscape of DevOps, DevSecOps and make recommendations in the technology areas of continuous delivery, infrastructure as a service, platform as a service. We are seeking a strong evangelist of DevOps who can advocate and help accelerate the adoption of DevOps practices. You will be responsible for Continuous Delivery Pipelines and Containerization across the organization. You will build strong working relationships with stakeholders in identifying business opportunities and prioritizing it accordingly. The Product Manager will be responsible for delivering end to end solutions from initial concept through finished solution in the area of Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Continuous Deployment, Infrastructure Automation and Platform as a Service. You will be technical enough to be comfortable asking questions to dig into software development processes, quickly gather and synthesize information, devise a plan and get buy-in and move towards a resolution. You will exhibit knowledge and understanding of Docker, Containers, Kubernetes Orchestration, Jenkins, and other Continuous Deployment tech stacks. A key aspect of the role is an ability to gather metrics & statics and develop business cases and ROI to the leadership team. You are not intimidated by technology and understand how to leverage it to build great products. Your skills are broad and range from systems, scripting, integration, database, etc – and you possess an ability to transition easily between them. As a Product Manager with QRG, you will be responsible for the overall success of the product line/program. You will inspire, motivate, negotiate, communicate and be a true leader, developing a strong team of Product Owners through effective hiring, training and coaching.
