With Seminar Centers located 10 miles East of Boulder, Colorado, and 40 miles North of Boston, Massachusetts, it is time to take Viega Training to our customer's offices and jobsites. Our team is going to bring the hands-on experience our customers need, direct to their location which is why we are looking for a Traveling Trainer! This role will work remotely and will travel 80% of the time.

Work side-by-side the Viega LLC sales team and be a Training resource that offers hands-on education of Viega products and services. Teach them the benefits of flameless pressing technology. Demonstrate how Viega products and solutions can help them overcome labor constraints. Help them realize how Viega products and solutions can enable them to complete more jobs, in less time, and make the experience fun!
Role Details:
Responsibilities
Prepare and tailor learning materials and presentations
Travel to various locations
Conduct off-site training for customers (executives, engineers, contractors, and foreman)
Develop hands-on activities and unique ways of engagement
Flex content and style appropriately to ensure training material is customized to the audience
Articulate piping methods, complex plumbing/mechanical systems, and their function
Answer customer questions and relate Viega solutions to their challenges
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Able to explain and demonstrate knowledge in all Viega systems and applications
Articulate company services and offer Viega solutions to customer problems
Able to talk about industry topics and familiar with construction processes
Speaks in general and detailed technical terms
Requirements
Responsible for booking own travel, maintaining a calendar of events, and planning what tools or visual aids are necessary for each training
Available as a backup to support in-person customer education at Viega Seminar Centers and Viega events.
Travels 80% of the time
Education, Certification/License & Work Experience
High School Diploma AND
Bachelor's Degree, preferred, OR
Trade School Completion, OR
Plumbing/HVAC/pipefitter license with industry experience, preferred AND
3-5 years of related experience
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Total Rewards Package:
Compensation
Base: $71,000 to $97,000 annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company's performance and their own individual performance.
