In this position, personnel will be responsible for providing support to implementation of technical training courses, facilitating customer visits, and performing lab demonstrations that provide a competitive edge for technical audiences. This will include training based on field needs and the delivery of new product and technology training in support of field readiness. Administer hands-on tests. The position will also be responsible for helping to create, test, and review new and existing courseware. Ability to clearly communicate information in training materials.

  • Bachelors in English, Education or Related Technical Field 0 years


  • Same as level 1 plus the ability to be a key contributor to the body of information being incorporated into a technical training course

  • Bachelors or Masters in English, Education or Related Technical Field 1-3 years


  • Same as level 2 plus the ability to provide multiple approaches to training and lab demonstrations to satisfy learning requirements for technical audiences

  • Bachelors or Masters in English, Education or Related Technical Field 4-6 Years


  • Same as level 3 plus ability to manage and lead the training team

  • Bachelors, Masters or PhD in English, Education or Related Technical Field 6-10 Years

You will decipher customer and product business needs, translate these needs into requirements, and work closely with development to execute and ensure successful release of features and functionality. Job Description: Role and Responsibilities * Conduct internal and external prospect and client interviews to gather business requirements and convert these to documents for consumption by development teams * Ability to write requirements for analytics projects including and understanding of complex business rules, logic flow diagrams, conditional logic, use cases and user stories * Break high level requirements into thorough, detailed, user-focused specifications * Work closely with product owners and user experience designers to ensure clear definition of all enhancements and bugs, translating them to requirements, use cases and acceptance criteria * Interview subject matter experts, customers, and other stakeholders to identify and clarify requirements * Facilitate the design and development of product features * Act as a subject matter expert for development of user guides, release notes, marketing and training materials Experience, Qualifications, and Education * At least 5-7 years of experience working as a Business Analyst * Experience gathering and documenting business requirements * Experience writing requirements or documentation for analytical solutions * Possess advanced analytical skills and be able to think through complex, multidimensional problems and drive solution design and development. * Experience working within a customer organization leveraging strong interpersonal skills to enable interaction with and gathering requirements from various business areas * Strong workflow analysis skills and the ability to identify customer needs, analyze them against available solutions, and identify gaps * Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and the ability to work independently in a changing business environment. * Knowledge of SQL, authoring SQL queries * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFE, Kan Ban, etc.) * Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to write reports, proposals, business specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria * Knowledge of healthcare industry technologies including exposure to EMRs, healthcare business intelligence reporting analytics, patient workflows and HIPAA compliant data systems desired * Ability to work independently and in team environments to meet deadlines and produce quality results * Excellent analytical, listening, presentation, and communication skills Lumeris is an EEO/AA employer M/F/V/D.
