Technical Trainer (Corp) - 1St Shift

Join a team of professionals where you will be responsible for providing technical training to various groups and business units within TURBOCAM.

Come Build with Us by:

• Promoting and delivering training.

• Developing and maintaining training materials and TURBOCAM specific training courses.

• Teaching multiple classes, such as math, blueprint reading, GD&T, measurement, machining, CNC machining etc.

• Maintaining and track records of completed training in Turbocam Success Portal.

• Helping support designated business unit with training needs.

• Promoting an atmosphere of cooperation and excellence within the department.

• Performing other duties as necessary.

Bring Your Expertise:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; 4-year degree with emphasis on manufacturing and/or teaching is highly preferred.

• 3 plus years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

• 2 plus years of experience teaching / training with a demonstrated passion and ability to teach, lead, and encourage others.

• Proficiency in math, algebra, geometry, and trigonometry.

• Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong initiative and problem solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills.

• Must possess valid driver's license from his/her state of residence.

• Must have a range of motion sufficient to permit climbing stairs, walking, standing, stooping and crouching for extended periods of time while performing duties.

• Requires occasional lifting and carrying of 25 lbs. or more and standing for extended periods of time
