Description:

Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies reports and resolves technical problems.

Responds to telephone calls email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts practices and procedures within a factory and fabrication environments.

Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.

Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Daily task include part cleaning media-basting using a glove box facility maintenance such as vacuuming de-trashing recycling. This is an opportunity to learn advanced manufacturing procedures and processes within the scope of industrial 3D printing CNC milling and metal forming.
