Technical Support Specialist (Repair & Troubleshooting) - 1991

Job Description Job Description Our client is a technology-driven, electronics manufacturing company in the rapidly evolving security access and access control industry. We are looking for a Tech Support Specialist that is dedicated and self-starter with an interest in a long-term career.

Below are the job duties and responsibility: Failure Diagnostic, Troubleshooting, and Repair/Replacement of Faulty Components in Access Control/ Gate Entry systems and circuits. Troubleshoot product and provide Technical Support over the phone.

Troubleshooting through diagnostic tools. Diagnose & Repair incoming RMA Service. Follow drawings, diagrams, samples, or written or verbal instructions.

Mount components such as transistors, diodes, resistors, and integrated circuits onto printed circuit boards. Solder, bolt, or press-fit the components into place. Prior industry experience preferred.
