As a Technical Support Specialist, you will work directly with our customers answering application questions, solving technical issues, and fielding requests for custom reports. Being a people-person with a passion for providing the highest level of customer service is a must.

What we expect:

  • Someone who can provide exemplary customer service
  • Handling of incoming support calls and emails for SaaS and On-Premises Law Enforcement applications in a timely manner
  • Providing instruction to users on new products and features
  • Researching and troubleshooting complex issues involving applications, SQL Server, networks, PC/server hardware, and peripheral devices
  • Work closely with development to resolve application issues, product management to ensure applications meeting the need of the client, and project management to ensure successful on-boarding of new clients
  • Test software for functionality, compatibility, and hardening
  • Participate in on-call rotation


  • Thorough understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, and DHCP
  • Thorough understanding of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server operating systems
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Excellent written, and oral communication skills

VIEW JOBS 11/10/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-08T00:00 JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for financial support of the sales P&L for the North American (US & Canada) sales team. This includes pricing, promotion planning, expense budgeting, and sales & deductions forecasting. The position is also responsible for creating and distributing month-end, forecast, and AOP financial reports/presentations and present them as required. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Analysis of proposed new sales pricing and promotions, including incremental and fully allocated analysis of key new promotions; review of price changes and impact on future results. * Review of price elasticity for key promotions, and recommendation of pricing/programs to optimize sales and profitability. * Analysis of sales, allowances, and SG&A at month-end to provide accurate, relevant and timely input for sales and finance decision making. * Develop, analyze, and report on the annual operating plan as well as monthly reforecasts for the North American customer accounts and sales departments' expenses. * Provide the sales team with ad hoc requests as needed. * Assist in production of monthly reports and participate in various department projects and assignments where appropriate. * This position will occasionally be the financial representative on selected core teams.
