Technical Support Specialist - Night Shift

Job Posting:

This is a split duty position providing both technical support for systems and conveyors plus transferring ecommerce orders to warehouse for order processing.

Job Responsibilities

• Standard Windows/MS Office troubleshooting.

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) troubleshooting and incident creation & tracking with corporate IT.

• Wired & wireless network troubleshooting and incident creation & tracking with corporate IT.

• Assisting maintenance personnel with software tie-ins for conveyor issues.

• Troubleshooting printer issues for industrial laser printers, industrial thermal printers, and smaller laser/inkjet printers.

• Grouping and processing ecom orders into waves for the warehouse to process.

• Printing required documents for warehouse to process those orders.

• Assist in tracking warehouse performance in ecom order processing.

Education / Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience in troubleshooting Windows based environments

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Two year degree preferred

Skills for Success

• Working knowledge of Android Base devices

• Knowledge of network devices and functions

• Be able to self-manage time and resources

• Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
