Job Description Job Description Technical Support Specialist Meierotto Jewelers is seeking to fill our Store Technical Specialist role. The candidate for this position will excel at supporting our team in all aspects of technology.

We are a high-volume store, so the ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, often multi-tasking. This is a full-time position, Tuesday through Saturday. Job Responsibilities:

Maintain computers, printers, and other devices and peripherals Ensure devices have current security patches Troubleshoot basic computer and network issues Maintain VOIP phone system Replace and upgrade devices as needed Maintain network and network security Maintain intranet site with updated content Enforce proper security best practices Test functionality and feature of e-commerce website Collect and maintain inventory of hardware and software licenses Project management Other duties as assigned Required Skills: Problem solving and troubleshooting Experienced with Microsoft Windows 11 operating system Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experienced with Microsoft Sharepoint Experienced with configuring printers and other peripherals The Ideal Candidate: Must be friendly and professional Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
