The Technical Support Specialist will provide tier-I help desk support in a standardized, organizedand controlled client/server LAN environment. Perform various technical and administrative duties associated withestablishing and maintaining the LTCP Corporate infrastructure environment.
High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of prior experiencein the operation and support of an IT Help Desk. Experience supporting softwareand hardware platforms including Microsoft Windows 7/10 and Office 2013/2016.
Experiencetroubleshooting laptops, wireless, VPN connections, fax, printer, and IPphones. Experience with virtual desktops, antivirus, and laptop encryptionproducts. Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills. Must beable to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with teammembers, managers and customers.
Associates degree in an Information Technology. MCP and/or A+certification. Knowledge of Active Directory and SharePoint.
