Technical Support Specialist - Control Panels

What you will do:

As our Technical Support Specialist, you will provide customers with technical support by answering their questions over the phone or email along with processing orders for electrical control panels that help control and monitor one of the world's most valuable and limited resources- Water! This position works in office from our Detroit Lakes, MN location.

The job:

Every day, your primary role will be to assist customers via phone or email with their technical questions, accurately process orders along with creating Bill of Materials and electrical schematics. You will maintain customer contact and case records using incident tracking software and generating reports as requested. You will serve as a service contact for our standard products.

The skills you need:

To succeed in this role, you must have exceptional communication skills, knowledge of product offerings and be a team player. You must have a technical mindset and a keen eye for detail.

You must be comfortable utilizing computers and software to perform job tasks and configure standard control panels. Familiarity with AutoCad Electrical or building control panels is beneficial. A high school diploma and familiarity with SJE products is required.
