As a Technical Support Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and assistance with their technical inquiries. Independently tackle technical problems using internal documentation, clarify solutions effectively to customers, and collaborate with other departments for issue resolution.
Responsibilities
Provide Bright Data's customers with timely and accurate technical support, while handling high volume of technical customer inquiries, by phone or by email
Independently understand and solve technical problems using internal documentation
Clarify problem solutions to customers and provide them with the best workflows
Interact with other departments to clarify issues and escalate them when required
Requirements
Strong technical orientation
Basic programming knowledge of JavaScript and HTML (Python or other languages - an advantage).
Excellent and effective spoken & written business communication skills in order to participate in calls with global company customers.
Strong technical skills, including the ability to read technical documentation and troubleshoot issues.
Customer oriented, organized, fast learning skills, responsible and with a quick delivery mentality.
Location: NYC (Onsite. Hybrid work is possible at a later stage)
