We need an outstanding, multi-talented Training and Installation Representative/Validation Representative who is passionate about giving merchants over-the-top, professional customer service. You know, the kind of customer service that is second to none!
Assisting our sales team with the application process
Helping to ensure incoming requests are handled in a timely manner and communicating with other teams to help customers get started.
Assisting with the installation of equipment and services to our new merchants and agents via phone
Answering everyday account questions regarding billing
Once the customer installation is complete, you will be , equipment and other needs
You'll become the "go to" person with merchants as we continue to provide them with a level of professionalism and service no other payment processor can equal.
What You Need:
Basic Technical Knowledge
Excellent Phone Etiquette
Experience and ability to be on the phone all day making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls.
Ability to perform multi-tasks
Strong work ethic
Computers skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
Strong customer service skills and follow-thru skills
Ability to easily adapt to change
No industry experience required
