During the interview process with the OOD staff, the resource consultant must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project assignment. The resources experience must also be documented for review and verification. Offered resources not showing technical or functional competence/experience will be sufficient reason to reject the Offerors proposal.
This position requires a background check by the staff augmentation company and submit the results to OOD.
3 years of verifiable experience as a technical support of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (8.1/10) and Microsoft Windows Server (2012/2016) environments.
3 years of verifiable experience that includes synchronizing infrastructure support with other members of infrastructure, applications, database administration, security, and networking.
3 years proficient in both technical and non-technical training material development & writing and comfortably instructing the training material in a classroom setting.
