Technical Support Specialist III
The Technical Support Specialist will be the secondary line of support to help identify, isolate, and resolve any issues or escalations and/or questions that employees have in relation to their computing environment.
Windows 8 - Win 10
Windows Server 2003- 2016 R2
Microsoft Office 2007- 2016
Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policies
Intermediate TCP/IP knowledge.
Remote PC troubleshooting and diagnostic.
Basic network troubleshooting and monitoring.
Ability to remotely troubleshoot and clean malware from pcs.
Troubleshooting printers, print queues, and network cards
IBM Client Access and AS400, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Telecom experience and Project management skills are a plus.

Proficient spoken and written English.
Punctual, meticulous and reliable.
Independent person to accomplish tasks on time.
