(35%) Provide customer-focused supply chain design or modeling solutions, in a professional and timely manner, that are in line with company procedures/standards via telephone or emails.
Candidate should demonstrate strong knowledge of the different supply chain technologies such as network, inventory, transportation optimization, and simulation
Candidate should have experience in forecasting methods and predictive demand modeling such as time series analysis and regression methods
Candidate should have experience in data mining/processing, statistical modeling and analysis using database management system, such as SQL server
Coach user to design/build model based on trend analysis, supply value chain analysis, and familiarity with operation management/research fields of production planning, forecasting, transportation, inventory management, and strategic sourcing
Diagnose user's supply chain questions thoroughly and present structured and comprehensive mathematical solutions in a timely matter
(25%) Achieve set targets and goals to maximize the customer experience and service provided by the CompanyDemonstrate knowledge of convex/concave optimization
Be able to conduct supply chain risk and sensitivity analysis

(20%) Assist in coordinating operations and engineering teams in order to identify errors and anomalies
Understand key client performance levers (on-time delivery, cost, feasibility, etc.) and seek solutions to improve these metrics in the most effective and efficient way
Review and validate issues and enhancements that are reported from users and communicate to product and development team in a clear and easy to follow format
Attend product innovation, applied research meetings to voice and define customer feedback; assist in product feature and bug prioritization
(15%) Identify and verify service impact to customers, and connect subject matter experts in support of problem resolution
Maintain healthy relationship and provide a liaison between various internal teams
Cooperate with internal teams and effectively translate and communicate resolution to users
(5%) Monitoring and supporting the company's production systems and applications
Stay on top of company product status and provide just-in-time update internally and externally when appropriate
Communicate with internal and customer-facing teams in support of status updates regarding open issues, and implement actions in support of root cause analysis and problem remediation
Must have strong customer service skills with the ability to self-manage
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering/Computer Science with supply chain related working experience, or Master's degree in Industrial engineering is required
1+ years' experience with SQL databases
1+ years' experience in Supply Chain Management or Operations Research
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Customer and quality focused with excellent attention to detail.
