NVIDIA is searching for a Technical Support Engineer to work on our AI Infra team. Our team is enabling NVIDIA and our customers to more easily scale up machine learning workflows - machine learning at scale requires a new vocabulary for organizing and managing data, jobs and users. We are building and optimizing human in the loop pipelines which enable massive state of the art systems in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning at NVIDIA and for our customers in many application spaces including medical imagery and autonomous driving.
What you will be doing:
You will be in charge of working with customers to manage and ensure execution of labelling and curation requests.
Be the interface between the users of these tools: the labeling workforce in India and DNN research and product teams in the US and Europe.
Understand the technical possibilities and limitations of the tools and find ways to enable customer requests in this landscape.
Work with the tool development teams to define new features and plan the execution of these features.
You will identify the need for and create processes to simplify multiple parallel interactions with the labeling and curation toolset.
What we need to see:
3+ years of experience in an engineering support or operations role and 5+ years of software development experience.
Understanding of the Unix environment and git source code management.
Experience managing configuration files (json, yaml formats)
Excellent organizational skills
Process oriented but not stuck in processes
Great at dealing with technical customers
