Technical Support Engineer Location: Orlando, FL 32826/Santa Clara, CA 95054 (Hybrid) Duration: 12 months (Highly likely conversion to FTE) Pay Range: $35-46/hr Responsibilities: Act as a Customer Advocate providing support to users/administrators of the platform Resolve technical cases created by customers seeking help to understand or troubleshoot unexpected behaviors or answer technical questions about the software and platform Analyze data to isolate potential causes of issues Collaborate with others to accomplish personal and group goals Must-Haves:
