Manage relevant internal and customer training program.
Provide guidance to end users about equipment maintenance practices and schedules
Assist Edwards service and customer technicians with trouble shooting
Support installation & commissioning of all products
Review all installation/commissioning documents for all products
Provide sites with 'first line' support for down equipment, part numbers and specification requests.
Develop and cascade accurate new procedures to the field.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP DUTIES:
Develop and maintain good customer relationships through high level of performance of all technical activities.
Enhance the credibility of the IKAT organization by providing top level technical and sales support to customers directly or through Service or Sales Managers.
Promote the benefits of IKAT service organization, preventative maintenance programs, training programs and products at all times to customer.
Maintain good working relationship with PD's and other departments so customer issues are effectively and promptly addressed.
Bachelor's in a technical field or equivalent experience
3-5 years experience in semiconductor servicing
Proficient in Office Suite
